It is with great sorrow that the family of Rick M Falck, age 61, of Ingram Boro announce his unexpected passing on July 16th 2024, after suffering a heart attack.

Rick was the beloved husband of Kelly Lynn (Schaldenbrand) Falck. He was a devoted father and friend to Maxwell & Liam Falck.

Rick was preceded in death by his father Raymond C Falck Jr, his mother Doris M Yeager and brother Raymond Falck.

He is survived by his sisters Sharon Wilson and Cindy (Jim) Ross, his brother Chuck as well as his daughters Michelle and Natalie Falcone.

Rick was a cherished uncle to the late Richard Dichiera as well as many nieces and nephews.

Rick was a devoted Christian and a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan. He was strong- willed and stubborn at times, but he also had an enormous heart and wonderful sense of humor. Rick was generous, loyal, and brave. He was clever and full to the brim with knowledge he gained through his life experiences. Because of the soft spot in his heart for animals, Rick was known to many of his friends as the dog whisperer. He will be surely missed by his dogs Larry Fine, Edgar Poe and Tallulah Sunshine.

Rick will be remembered for the times shared with friends and family. He truly loved each of them- and if you knew him, you felt it. When God called him home Rick left his worldly life with dignity, strength, and love for those who went before him. He will be dearly missed.

In honor of Rick’s wishes, there will not be a viewing, but rather a celebration of life service at Church of the Nativity(33 Alice St. Pittsburgh Pa 15205) where he served as a lay minister. All who wish to celebrate Rick’s life can join us on September 8, 2024, at 1pm.

As Rick prioritized finding joy in life and sharing it with others, the family asks that you do the same – go out and do something that brings you real joy and share it with those around you.

Dear Falck family, Dan and I are so sorry for your loss. Rick was such a kind friend and neighbor. We were so blessed to see the joy that Rick gave to others and our dog Rose loved Rick. He was so helpful and kind He showed us how much he loved God through the way he loved his family, dogs, and life. The memories we have we will cherish in our hearts. We are praying for his family and friends.

To the Falck Family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Rick was a caring, giving and wonderful man. I have many memories of Rick, but the one's I remember most is playing football in the backyard with Rick and Max and my son Brandt and I. It just seems like yesterday that was happening. Rest in Peace my friend and neighbor! My family and I will miss you dearly. Kelly, May the Lord Bless and keep you all in the palm of his hands through this tough time.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Rick was my neighbor for a few years when I lived on Homestead Street in Swisshelm Park. He was a great guy and was always willing to help someone. My thoughts, prayers and condolences go out to your family.
