Dolores McCoy Taylor

Dolores McCoy Taylor.  Age 97 of Bethel Park, formerly of Pittsburgh, PA, predeceased by loving husband Bennie O’Donald Taylor, Jr. and sisters Arlene Gibson and Jean Curtis, passed away peacefully on August 20, 2020 at home after a long debilitating illness that she fought hard to overcome. Loving mother of Maral Taylor, Bennie O. Taylor, III (Roberta), William C. Taylor, Sr. (Gail) and Brenda Taylor. Dolores is survived by her 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and 7 great–great grandchildren. Dolores worked at the Pittsburgh Courier, swam competitively for the Pittsburgh Centre Avenue YMCA, winning several medals and other awards.  She was a member of several social groups: Junior Mothers, Jack and Jill and the So Whats.   Although her parting has left a void, her life will now be in the hearts of all of us. She will be deeply missed and we will love her forever.
