Condolences, Love, Comfort and Prayers to the Smith family. The Katof family enjoyed many fun times with Allen and the Smith family when we lived in Pittsburgh. We shared holidays, went to festivals and other local attractions. Allen was so pleasant, caring and intelligent. He will truly be missed.

I have many fond memories of Allen. I enjoyed his sense of humor and our friendship during the approximate 12 years I resided in Upper St. Clair PA. Our mutual families were very close. I found Allen to be kind, sensitive and intelligent. I have very fond memories. I loved to make him laugh when I would make jokes during holiday gatherings especially when opening gifts. Rest in peace.

I met Susan and Allen just a few years ago at the Robinson Township Library's Taste of Robinson monthly event. We would all bring food, but whatever Allen made was always the best! I have good memories of our conversations and the discussions about his recipes. He will definitely be missed. To Susan and the Smith family, please accept my sincere sympathy. I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers will be with you. Sincerely, Debbie Catton
