Barbara A. Stefan

Barbara Ann Stefan, age 87, of Peters Township, PA, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2026.

Born on August 26, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Ann Woshner. Barbara was preceded in death by her beloved husbands, Donald Imhoff and Stephen Stefan.

Barbara will be remembered as a caring and loving mother and grandmother who found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved working with children and touched many young lives working as a para professional at Pleasant Valley Elementary School, Peters Township, for many years. She had a special love for flower gardening and took great pride in tending to her blooms. Known for her playful personality and wonderful sense of humor, Barbara had a gift for making others laugh and bringing light into every room she entered.

She is the beloved mother of Donald (Ellen) Imhoff, Deneane (Nick) Vucich, and David Imhoff; cherished sister of Andrea Trevino and the late Donna “Dolly” Novak. Barbara was a proud grandmother to Andrew (Maryam) Imhoff, Reed (Estena) Imhoff, Doug Imhoff, Mariah Vucich, Bryce Imhoff, and Gabe Imhoff, and was preceded in death by her grandson Nicholas Vucich. She was also a loving great-grandmother to Nicholas and Alex Imhoff.

Family and friends will remember Barbara for her warmth, her laughter, and the love she shared so freely with those around her.
