Barbara Ann Kuchinic, age 65 of Scott Township, PA passed away surrounded by family at home after a courageous battle with Glioblastoma on September 24th, 2022. Born on December 18, 1956 in Pittsburgh, PA, she is the daughter of the late Patricia (Gordon) and Richard Connelly. Beloved wife of Charles Lee Kuchinic. Loving mother of Christy (Ben) Moriarty, Meghan (Ryan) Holmgren, and Erin (Raymond) Wroblewski. Cherished grandmother of Cara and Brennan Moriarty, Charlotte and Josephine  Holmgren, and Kaelyn, Roman and Mason Wroblewski. Loving sister of Ellen (Tom Dunn) Connelly and James (Susan) Connelly. Dear aunt to Patrick and Shane Connelly.

Barb graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing with her BSN in 1979 and went on to work for over 40 years as a dedicated Registered Nurse. She enjoyed reading and cross stitching. She also loved doing crafts with her family. Most importantly, Barb cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2022 from 2 PM to 7 PM at Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, (724) 260-5546. A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 30, 2022 at 10 AM at the funeral home. Internment will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
