Barbara Ann Quinlan, age 68, of Carnegie, formerly of Bridgeville and West Mifflin, passed away on April 18, 2026.

Born on April 17, 1958, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Barbara was the beloved daughter of the late Marian Lynn and Francis Quinlan.

Barbara was a devoted and loving mother to Amanda (Michael) Quinlan, Brooke (Brad) Ober, Taylor (Adam) Quinlan, and Declan “Carly” Quinlan. She was a cherished sister to Franny Conway, Colette Ross, and James Quinlan. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Jacob, Noah, and Hadley Stiffler, as well as Weston Cassidy, all of whom brought immense joy to her life. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Barbara lived life with passion and enthusiasm and found joy in the things she loved most. She was a devoted Pittsburgh Pirates fan and rarely missed the chance to cheer on her team. Music was a great source of happiness for her, and she especially loved attending concerts and listening to Imagine Dragons, Rod Stewart, Eric Church, and Bryan Adams. She also enjoyed attending Broadway shows, where she delighted in the music, storytelling, and magic of live theater. She found comfort and delight in watching Hallmark movies, which reflected her warm heart and love of heartfelt stories.

Above all, Barbara will be remembered for her love of family, her spirited personality, and the special way she brought people together. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday, May 11, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., with a service beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 5405 Steubenville Pike, Robinson Township, PA 15136.

In honor of Barbara’s love for the Pittsburgh Pirates, the family kindly requests that those attending wear Pittsburgh Pirates gear.
