Bruce Sykes

Bruce Sykes, age 64, of West Liberty, WV, passed on Friday, January 13, 2023. Born on May 25, 1958, in Wheeling, WV, he is the son of the late Harry and Joanne Sykes. Best friend and housemate of Anne Hollandsworth; father of Victoria Pooler of Stroudsburg, PA, Sam Sykes of Philadelphia, PA, and Noel Sykes of Grand Island, NE; grandfather of Alyssa, Adriana, and Joseph Pooler, Andrew Sykes, and Cooper Richards; brother of Mark Sykes of Charleston, SC, Miranda Vance of Bexley, OH, and Andy Schwartz of Colorado.

Bruce’s favorite thing to do was hang out with his and Ann’s animals.

A celebration of life will be planned for May for his family and friends to gather.
