Carolyn T. Smith (Tynie Avery), age 68, of Washington, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2022 with her family by her side. Born on September 18,1953, she is the daughter of the late Elizabeth and Edward Avery.
Mother of Jamie Avery. Loving sister to Larry (Sharon) Avery, Charles (Lisa) Avery, Greggory (Monique) Avery, Sharon (Greg) Godfrey, and Barbara (John) Franell. Preceded in death by brother Albert and sister Bridget. Grandmother to Patrick, Aniya, Clayton, Maddie, and L.J.. Survived by many great grandchildren. Also blessed with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Carolyn was an avid Steelers fan, and loved her dog Molly.
A celebration of life is set to be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at 2:00 pm at The Alpine located at 735 Jefferson Ave, Washington PA 15301.
