Cathy L. Wagner, age 61, died peacefully in her Ambridge, PA home on Friday, February 10th, 2023, with her children, grandson and granddogs by her side, and because of her abiding faith, entered the Kingdom of Heaven. Waiting for her with open arms were her parents Keith and Sybal Owens – what a wonderful reunion!

Cathy was born in Clearfield, PA on September 11, 1961.  She worked as a medical transcriptionist for many years. She was an active member of the West View United Methodist Church, where she played in the bell choir. Cathy also volunteered at Animal Friends. She enjoyed the outdoors and being near water, baking, and most of all, spending time with the family, friends, and dogs she loved so dearly.

Blessed with irreplaceable memories, Cathy is survived by her children Desiree (Stephen) Mohney, Whitney Wagner, and Chad (Lauren) Wagner, her beloved grandson Connor Wagner and three granddogs Logan, Nina, and Cooper. She is further survived by her sister Linda (late husband Glenn) Luce, brother Gary (Chris) Owens, sister Deb (Darrell) Early, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Family and friends are invited to a memorial service on Saturday, February 18 at 2:00 pm at West View United Methodist Church, 146 Cornell Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, 15229.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Animal Friends (https://www.thinkingoutsidethecage.org/donate-now/) or to West View United Methodist Church (https://www.westviewumc.church/online-give).

There will be a dessert reception following the memorial service at the church – all are welcome to attend.

Look at that beautiful smile! She was one of a kind through her endless kindness and devotion to her family. I will miss her everyday. My comfort is found in knowing she has gone home to be with the Lord living in peace and with no pain. Give a hug to mom and dad….and my Peanut. Love ya little sister!!! ❤️
