Charles R. Welsh

Charles R. “Chuck” Welsh, 69, of Apollo, PA, passed away on December 17, 2025.

Born on February 27, 1956, Chuck was the beloved son of the late Francis and Jeanne Welsh. He was the devoted and loving husband of Debra Welsh, with whom he would have celebrated 43 years of marriage this coming January. A proud and caring father, Chuck leaves behind his sons, Jon (Deanna) Welsh and Josh (Bianca) Welsh. He was also a cherished brother to Sr. Susan Welsh.

Above all else, Chuck was a family man who deeply valued time spent with those he loved. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing, and took great pleasure in trips to the casino with Debra, moments that reflected their close and loving partnership. Chuck was also an avid professional wrestling fan, sharing a special tradition with his son Jon as they watched matches and exchanged texts every Wednesday—memories that will be fondly treasured.

Chuck will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his warm presence, and the simple joys he found in life.
