Christian “Chris” M. Cavell

Christian “Chris” M. Cavell, age 68, of Bridgeville, passed away peacefully from Lewy Body Dementia on January 5, 2022.
He was the son of the late Doris Cavell and George Cavell.
Survived by sons, Jonathan Cavell and Clayton (Tara) Cavell and their mother Mary Lynn Callahan; a Brother, Scott (Susan) Cavell and is also survived by a large, loving family of Cavells.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Mark Cavell.
Chris was a dedicated father, a successful businessman, and a very talented musician with a tenor voice. He loved to play guitar and sing John Denver songs and was a member of a quartet at Southminster Presbyterian Church and The South Hills Choral. Chris was very gregarious and always surrounded by friends and acquaintances, making jokes and bringing laughter to those who knew him. He shared a passion for cars with his sons, and was a proud longtime member of the Porsche Club. He will be dearly missed by the many people he came in contact with. A memorial service will be held at Southminster Presbyterian Church in Mt. Lebanon on Tuesday, January 11, at 10:00 AM. Masks will be required.
