Christopher J. Herisko, age 45 of Peters Township formerly of Brookline (Pittsburgh). Beloved husband of Angela M. Jones Herisko. Born on August 22, 1976, he is the son of Thomas Herisko and Cheryl (Frank) Kessler. Loving father of Dominic (15), Dante (12), and Dino (7). Dear brother of Tommy Herisko and brother-in-law to Amy Jones and Allison (Jereme) Vennare. He is also survived by my many nieces and nephews; Haley, Anthony, and Nicholas Herisko and Luca, Gia, and Giuliana Vennare.

Chris, a.k.a., “The Pittsburgh Property Guy” had an immeasurable passion for real estate. His work included over 20 years of various facets of the business. Nothing, however, made him happier than bringing new life to a house that would provide a family and neighborhood with a beautiful home. However, above all was his dedication and love for Angela and their three boys Dominic, Dante, and Dino. There was no place Chris would rather be than with his family near a beach, on the boat at Deep Creek Lake, or enjoying a big Italian feast. He fiercely loved his family and friends and his zest for life was grand. Chris dreamt only big, was an avid golfer, a proud dad to his sports-loving boys, and the toughest fighter until his very last breath. Chris was a bright, kind, compassionate, and honest man who loved God, life, and his family and friends tremendously. No words can express how much he will be missed.

Family and friends are welcome on Monday, January 3, 2022 from 4 PM – 8 PM and Tuesday, January 4, 2022 from 2 PM – 4 PM and 6 PM – 8 PM at Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 10 AM at St. John XXXII Parish (formerly St Benedict the Abbot), 120 Abington Road, McMurray, PA 15317. Burial will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.

I am so sorry for your loss, Angela. I haven’t seen Chris in many years, but remember him as having a certain spark and magnetism that just drew people to him, and as being someone who was always quick to smile and crack a joke. What a sad day. My thoughts are with you and the rest of your family.

Words cannot express the profound sadness of Chris’s passing. Chris, Angela and the boys are our neighbors at Deep Creek Lake. Chris always had a smile, a positive attitude and a fierce sense of determination about his health. His love for his family was prominent in every way. We will miss his smile, his “go getter” attitude, sharing a glass of wine but mostly just Chris. Be at Peace and know so many loved you and will miss you greatly. Palma and Fay

Angela, I’m so sorry to hear about Chris. Please let me know if there’s anything you need. I’ll be at the cabin in Deep Creek a lot this winter if you need anything. I’m your neighbor in the cabin between yours and Palma’s. Please take good care of yourself. We’re keeping your family in our thoughts and prayers.
