Clarence “Butch” Gray

Clarence “Butch” Gray, 75, of Washington, PA passed away peacefully at home on May 7, 2026. Born on January 16, 1951 in Washington, PA he is the son of the late Samuel and Mabel Gray.

Beloved father to Sean (Cindy) Gray and Mark (Lorrie) Gray; Grandfather to Brooke, Hailley, Travis and Destiny; Brother to Kathy Garrett and Paul Gray Sr.; He is also survived by his former wife, Nancy Gray, as well as many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by siblings. Erma, Sarah, Linda, Donna, Frida, Elmer “Sonny”, Roger, and Ricky.

For many years, Butch dedicated himself to the world of horse training, earning the respect of fellow trainers, riders, and horse owners alike. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting and being in the outdoors.

All arrangements were entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care.
