Clifford “Biff” Toogood

Clifford “Biff” Jess Toogood, 83 of Whitehall Borough, Pittsburgh, PA, passed away on March 3, 2026. He was born September 17, 1942 to Clifford G. Toogood and Elizabeth (Haenze) Toogood. Biff was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army and served during the Korean War.

He is survived by his brother Brad Toogood of Clinton, PA; his children Christine (Daniel) Fett Toogood, Michelle (George) Steck Toogood, and Tim (Dyan) Toogood; grandchildren Rachel and Jessica.

At Biff’s request there will be no services at this time. Arrangements were entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, McMurray, PA.
