Cory David Rosenwald, age 25, of Kennedy Township, was tragically taken on Friday, May 6, 2022. Loving son of Tammy Smith and the late Jeff Rosenwald. Devoted brother of Cody (Cory), Colby (Abby), Colton, and Connor Rosenwald. Adored grandson of Cheryl Smith and the late Gerald B. Smith. Great grandson of Thomas and Shirley Hamilton; best friend to his uncle David Smith and Buck; cherished uncle of Declan, Navy, Lyla, and Knox. Cory had a gift of bringing light and laughter to any situation. He was also a natural at anything he did in life from sports to construction. Cory was strong and sweet and loved by many. He will be dearly missed by his life-long best friend Justin Parkes. He also leaves behind his biological father Gordon (Angela) Darden, Sr., siblings, Gordon, Jr., Kaitlyn, Zachary and Zazzy; grandparents, Jim and Lori Rosenwald, Linda Gibson, and Paul Darden, Sr.; also, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Family and friends are welcome on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm at Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care 5405 Steubenville Pike Robinson Township, PA 15136. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The American Legion Post #862 2275 McKees Rocks Rd. McKees Rocks, PA 15136, where a celebration of Cory’s life will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 4:00 pm. Everyone is welcome.
