Daniel A. Bozek

September 18, 1958 – March 17, 2023

Daniel A. Bozek, 64, of Washington, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on Friday, March 17, 2023, at The Donnell House.

Born September 18, 1958, in Cleveland, Ohio. He was the son of the late Frank and Stephanie (Stavovy) Bozek. He was also preceded in death by grandparents John and Josephine Stavovy hailing from Gorny, Poland.

Dan held fond childhood memories of fishing with his mother and playing with his cousins at his grandparent’s farm, where his lifelong love and stewardship of animals started. He enjoyed music, played drums and was a motorcycle enthusiast. He was a creative and talented leatherworker and skilled cobbler, which led him to own and operate a shoe repair business in Washington, Pennsylvania.

Dan is survived by his daughter Nicole (Grahm) Skee of Lancaster, Pennsylvania and her children Taylor Webb, Parker, Easton and Camden Skee; sons Todd Bozek and Daniel Bozek and his furbabies Baduko, Ginger and Chancey. They will all miss him dearly.

A private Catholic family service and celebration of his life will be planned for a later date.
