David L. Schneider, age 68, of McDonald formerly of Bethel Park and Pittsburgh, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2020.

He was born on March 22, 1952, he was the son of the late Verena and Gilbert Schneider.

Beloved husband of Kay Schneider for 44 years; loving father of Josh (Tara) Schneider and the late Casey Hill (surviving Tim); cherished grandfather Lila, Samuel, and Nora Schneider and Emma Hill; dear brother of Richard, Judy (James), Michael (Stephanie), Daniel (Peggy), Lynn (Chuck), Steven (Susan), and the late Theresa; Son in law of Sally Flinn; brother in law of Helenann (Guy), Bernie (Darlene), Patti (Danny), Eileen (Michael), and the late Maureen (surviving Paul); also survived by many nieces and nephews.

David enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren who were the love of his life.  He was a lifelong member of the Sheet Metal Union Local 12.

A celebration of life will be held in the future.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests friends and family to pay it forward with a random act of kindness.
