David M. Karpinski, age 55, of Stowe Township formerly of Northside, passed peacefully surrounded by his family and friends on Friday June 12, 2020. Beloved husband of Connie Karpinski; loving father of Mindy Karpinski and Miranda Kasecky (Karpinski); cherished grandfather of Brittni Blake and Victoria Kasecky; son of the late Jacqueline Stettner; half-brother of Heather Almond and Kristen Karpinski. Dave was loved by many family and friends. He had a love of the outdoors, fishing, hunting, camping, and just relaxing by a campfire. Dave was a Navy veteran of the Gulf War. He was past Master of McKinley Stuckrath #318, a member of Allegheny Chapter, Allegheny Council, Allegheny Commandery, and KYCH. Dave worked hard his entire life and was very devoted to his family and all of his passions .

Family and friends will gather on Wednesday, June 17 and Thursday June 18 from 1:00pm- 3:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm at Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care 5405 Steubenville Pike Robinson Township, PA 15136. Private family service with military honors on Friday.

I'm so very sorry to hear of Karp's passing. He was a part of most of my few HS memories. He would be there in a minute whenever I needed some help, a ride, to get out, anything. I'm so proud of him for the life and family he made for himself. I regret not reconnecting with him after moving back to Pgh. He was damn loyal friend.
