Dawn L. Bulford

Dawn L. Bulford, 91, formerly of Pittsburgh, passed away peacefully on June 5, 2026. Born on March 28, 1935, in Pittsburgh, Dawn was the beloved daughter of the late Norman and Gladys Quayle.

She was the cherished wife of the late Daniel A. Bulford and a loving mother to Daniel A. Bulford, David A. Bulford, Darcie Szabo, and Dayna Moran; Sister to Sandy McAbee; Grandmother to Jennifer Sweitzer, Julie Friend, Mark Moran, Shayna Martinic, Amanda Adams, Daniel Szabo, Zachary Szabo, and Dawn Miller. In addition, she was blessed with 12 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Dawn enjoyed all things artistic and creative, loved spending time reading, knitting, solving crossword puzzles, and playing solitaire. Above all else, her family was the center of her world. She treasured every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and her love for them was evident in everything she did.

Dawn will be celebrated by her family later this summer. All arrangements were entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care.
