Delpha “Del” Plantz

Delpha “Del” Plantz, age 90 of Pittsburgh, PA formerly of Blue Creek, WV passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2020. Born on  March 9, 1930, she was the daughter of the late William and Clemma Burgess. Beloved wife to the late James M. Plantz. Loving mother of Sue (Douglas) Grant. Cherished grandmother to Shanna (Timothy) Derry, Lindsey (Jonathan) Congeni, and Ashley (Michael) Reitz. Dear great grandmother to Sydney and Grant Derry and Owen, Ellie, and Tessa Congeni. She was preceded in death by her daughter Sharon Plantz and siblings Helen (Chester) Derrick, Betty Green, William Burgess, Jr., and Doris (Harold) Davis.

Del enjoyed playing bingo and making crafts at Norbert Residential Care. She enjoyed shopping, gardening and spending time with family. Del was a wonderful lady who will be dearly missed by all.
