Dennis R. Coffey

Dennis R. Coffey, age 69, of Washington, PA, passed away on April 15, 2026.

Born on November 6, 1956, in Alabama, he was the beloved son of the late William V. Coffey and Christine Fann. He was preceded in death by his brother William Coffey.

Dennis will be remembered for the love and care he shared with those closest to him. He is survived by his significant other, Cathy Smith, and by Danielle (Dennis) Puskarich, who was like a daughter to him. He was a proud and loving grandfather to Jayna (Jacob) Ronald, Isaac (Rebecca) Puskarich, Lydia Puskarich, and Hannah Puskarich, and a cherished great-grandfather to Roman and Margot Ronald.

Dennis will be deeply missed by his family and all who knew him.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, McMurray, PA.
