Dolores E. Costello, 89, of Plum, passed away peacefully on November 17, 2025.
Born on October 31, 1936, in Mingo Junction, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Pauline Costello and the wife of the late Lloyd “Jack” Ford. She was also preceded in death by her son, Jack Tepke III, sister Agnes Launer, and brothers Robert, Donald, and Richard Costello.
Dolores is survived by her loving children, Timothy (Jean) Ford and Michelle (Alan) Auth; her beloved grandchildren, Stephen and Sarah Ford, Nicole (Sam) Kitchens, and Shawna (Matt) Tepke; and her cherished great-grandchildren, Olivia and Jax. She is also survived by her siblings Audrey Johnston, Cecelia Costello, Thomas Costello, Nicholas Costello, and Rita Costello.
Dolores was an avid reader who found joy in stories, quiet moments, and the comfort of the written word. She especially loved time spent with her family—holidays, gatherings, and the simple pleasure of being surrounded by those she loved most.
Her family will remember her gentle spirit, warm heart, and the deep love she shared throughout her life.
Private arrangements were entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, Robinson Township, PA.
Memorial contributions in Dolores’s name may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
