Don Hornichak, Age 65, of Moon Run, PA, passed on Sunday, October 14, 2018. Son of the late Victor and Ann “Mum” Hornichak; Brother of Dolores Jones, Ray and Vic Hornichak; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will gather for a graveside service at Resurrection Cemetery 100 Resurrection Rd. Moon Twp., PA 15108 on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 11:00 am.
