Doris K. DePierre

Doris K. DePierre, age 94, of Washington, formerly of Hidden Valley and Peters Township passed away July 4, 2022.

She was the beloved wife of Robert Anthony DePierre. Loving mother of Cynthia (Jan Beveridge) Desch, John (Janey) DePierre and Jean McGuire; grandmother of 6, Kyle (Cascade) DePierre, Renae (Jake) DeVita, Jake (Ashley) DePierre, Shane (Melody) McGuire, Tara McGuire, John (Sherri) Kavanaugh; great grandmother of 4, Maya DeVita, Eli DeVita, Aiden Mitchell and Aurelia McGuire.

Doris was a volunteer for many organizations, including Girl Scouts where she was as a Brownie Leader and an Assistant Troop Leader. She was also a member of the Century Club of Dormont, The Peters Township Woman’s Club, Garden Club and Wellesy Institute. Doris enjoyed spending time with her family, was an avid gardener, seamstress, wonderful cook and hostess. She will be dearly missed by all.
