Edward F. Coyle, age 90 of Robinson Township, PA, passed away on Monday, June 28, 2021. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA November 16, 1930 and is the son of the late Susan Conway and Edward Coyle. Ed proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War. He worked as a furniture mover for the Teamsters #249.  Husband of the late Betty A. Coyle; father of Edward F. (Lauren) Coyle, Jr. and Shari (John) Blumling; grandfather of Courtney (Melanie) Coyle, Ashley (Travis) Large, Edward Coyle, III, Jennifer Blumling, and Brittany Blumling, John Blumling;  great-grandfather of 14; brother of Janet (Frank) Caldwell and the late Frank and John (Eileen) Coyle and David (Pat) Johnston. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Ed enjoyed woodworking and made wood animals for his friends and family. Family and friends will be received on Thursday, July 1, 2021 from 1 – 3 pm and 6 -8 pm and Friday from 10 am until 12 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 5405 Steubenville Pike, Robinson Township, PA 15136. Service will be held Friday at 12 pm followed by burial at Jefferson Memorial Cemetery, Pleasant Hills, PA. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Ed’s name may be made to Good Samaritan Hospice, 146 Neely School Rd., Wexford, PA 15090.
