Edwin F. Ramsay

Edwin F. Ramsay, formerly of Upper St. Clair, passed into eternal life on April 10, 2018, at the age of
90. Born May 6, 1927 in McKeesport, PA . Beloved husband of 52 years to the late Jacqueline McAtee
Ramsay, devoted father of Dr. Timothy G. Ramsay (Mary) of Ellicott City, MD, Paige Greene of
Canonsburg, PA and the late Michael M. Ramsay. Adored grandfather of Daniel Greene of Canonsburg,
PA, Shaun Greene of Washington, PA and Mia Ramsay of Ellicott City, MD. Brother of the late Jean
Ramsay Crowley of Cupertino, CA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends of
Diablo Drive, Upper St. Clair, PA. A U. S. Navy veteran of WWII and graduate of St. Benedictine
Academy, Cleveland, OH, Mr. Ramsay attended University of Southern California, and Waynesburg
College. A private service will be held for the immediate family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests
donations be made to the Michael M. Ramsay Scholarship Fund at Edinboro University or VITAS
Hospice of Pittsburgh, PA.
