Eugene Theodore O’Connell, age 32, passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2025.
Gene was the cherished and deeply beloved son of Peggy Poznak Albert and Eugene W. O’Connell. He was a kind, gentle, and eccentric soul who dearly loved his family. Gene had a special gift with children and brought warmth and sensitivty to everyone he met. He also possessed an exceptional talent for writing music.
In addition to his parents, Gene is survived by his brother, Christian Albert; his sister, Sydney O’Connell; and his grandmother, Penny O’Connell, as well as many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Theodore and Dolores Poznan, and Eugene C. O’Connell.
At the request of his parents, funeral arrangements will be private.
