Evelyn “Effie” (Kubis) Exler

Evelyn “Effie” (Kubis) Exler, age 83, of Finleyville passed on June 15, 2020 after maintaining her independence at home with care from her loving family.  Survived by Daughters Angie (Sam) Quattrone, Joyce Quattrone and Renee (Kurt) Speicher; Grandchildren Brittany (Mitchell) Pankiewicz, Cassidy (Jordan) Fowler and Cole Quattrone; Great-grandchildren Mason & Michael Pankiewicz and Kennedy Fowler.  She is also survived by her 100-year old sister, Helen Liker of Michigan, many nieces and nephews, and former husband, Bob Exler of Bethel Park.  She was preceded in death by her parents; and siblings: Susan McGuire, John, Paul, Andy, Anne Hackinson, Margaret Roberts, Mary Jane Piccolo, Mildred Lenik and Joey.  Evelyn graduated from Snowden HS, was a proud homemaker, as well as, working 13 years at Ridgepointe PCH.  As an avid casino and bingo player, memorial contributions can be made to her favorite:  Broughton VFD, 1030 Cochran Mill Rd, Pittsburgh PA 15236.  A celebration of Evelyn’s life will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, Robinson Township.
