Frank Buri Sr. age 86 passed away peacefully on January 28, 2018.
Beloved husband of Johanna Buri for 64 years; loving father of Frank (Cindy) Buri Jr., Donna (Fred) Carper and Russell (Ronna Brown) Buri; cherished grandfather Jason (Emily) Buri, Travis (Shannon) Buri, Brandon (Hannah) Carper, Marshall (Caris) Carper, Ryan (Noel) Carper, Brooke Ebeling, Randi Buri and Daniel Ebeling; great grandfather of Adalyn and Arabella Buri; also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Frank was a proud US Army Airborne Veteran who served in the Korean War. He was a member of the Bricklayers and Allied Craftsworkers Union for over 50 years.
Family and friends are welcome Thursday, February 1, 2018 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Cremation & Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Rd., McMurray, PA 15317, 724-260-5546. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place Friday, February 2, 2018 at 10 am at St. Benedict the Abbot Church, 120 Abington Dr., McMurray, PA 15317. Full Military Honors will take place at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, McMurray immediately to follow.
