George Talpas Jr., age 79, of Pittsburgh passed away unexpectedly at home on June 1, 2022. He was born on July 14, 1942 in Pittsburgh.
Beloved father to Monica, Debbie, and Tracy. Loving Grandfather to Tamara, Steven, Kirsten, Billy, Sarah, Laura, and John. Cherished Great Grandfather to Ryan, Mackenna, Jordan, Julian, Jamisten, Jaxton, and Logan. Also survived by niece and nephew, Jennifer and Steven. He was preceded in death by his son George.
George loved hunting, fishing, the Steelers, and most of all, spending time on his farm. It was truly his happy place.
Friends and family are welcome on June 7, 2022 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray PA 15317, 724-260-5546.
A blessing service will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care.
