Geraldine F. “Gerri”  Sekel, age 89, of Bridgeville, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2022.

Loving mother of Colleen (Scott) Williamson, Nancy (Morgan) Frazier, Donna (Jim) Thornburg and the late John (surviving Sharon Nagy) Sekel; beloved grandmother of Joshua (Sydney) Thornburg; great grandmother of Liam, Beau and Lakelynn.

She was preceeded in death by parents, Frances and Andrew Sabo and Frank Burian.

All services will be private.

Memorial contributions may be made in Gerri’s name to Angel Ridge Animal Rescue, PO Box 94, Meadowlands, PA 15347.

Gerri you were one in a million. I’m sad, I’m sorry to see you go. You were one of the first people I met in town and loved your humor immediately. I have amazing memories to the end. You will be missed by so many and forever loved. I love you🌹

Gerri, I will miss our little talks at gatherings and your smiling face. You were a special lady and I admired your love of animals. You and my mom can dance the night away with the angels in heaven. Gerri will be missed by so many people . I’ve known her for about 10 yrs. She always makes you laugh. She was a joy to be around . Her family adores her. The family will miss her, but it was her Time ,she lived a long life ,thank you God for that . You all have my Deepest Condolences , Colleen, Nancy & Donna
