Harvey Jackson

Harvey Jackson, age 88, of Peters Township formerly of Beechview and Duquesne passed away peacefully with family by his side on November 16, 2022.

Born on February 24, 1934, he was the son of the late Sue and Harvey Jackson.

Beloved husband of 35 years to Loretta Jackson; loving father of Ted (Pam) Jackson and the late Georgeanne (surviving: David) Hill; Step Father of Lou (Jen) Cancelliere, Maryann (Gino) Summaria, Benny (Jessica) Cancelliere, and Rose Marie (Joe) Krzyzanowski; grandfather of David, J.J., Alicia, Dylan, Ciara, Carlo, Nico, Tyler, Joey, Santina, Talia, Lucho, Gianna and Paisley; great grandfather of Landon, Gino, and Ella Rose; brother of Ray (the late Barb) Jackson, John Jackson, the late Dolores Barazda, Maryann (Surviving: Bill) Brand, and Tim (Surviving: Donna) Jackson; also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Harvey loved golfing and doing crossword puzzles.  He enjoyed playing sports with grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Family and friends are welcome Monday, November 21, 2022 from 4-8 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Rd., McMurray, PA 15317, 724-260-5546. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at St. Benedict the Abbot at 9:30 am. EVERYBODY PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH.  Internment will be private at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Munhall, PA.
