Howard P. Rice

Howard P. Rice, age 59 of Washington, PA passed away on August 30, 2022. Born on January 17, 1963 in Washington, PA, he was the son of the late Joyce Rice. Loving brother of Brenda Rice and Cindy (Jim) Hannen. Loving uncle of Josh Wayman.

Howard enjoyed camping with his friends in Caledonia, PA. He will be dearly missed by friends and family.
