Irwin Yatsko, age 90 of Canonsburg, PA passed away peacefully surrounded by family on February 23, 2022. Born on November 15, 1931, he was the son of the late John and Freeda Yatsko. Beloved husband to Catherine “Kay” Yatsko for 62 years. Loving father to Bonnie (Andrew) Snedeker, Karen (Ralph) Agostinella, and Sharon (Dean) Beisner. Cherished Pappy to Alicia (Jared) Plisko, Colby (Katie) Agostinella, Dean (fiancée Dan Pfeifer) Beisner, Jr., and Caitlin Beisner. Loving great grandfather to Hallie, Olivia, Mila, Brynlee, Mollie and Layla. Cherished brother to George “Bucky” Yatsko. Irwin was also blessed with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brothers, John M. and Eugene A. Yatsko.

Irwin owned and operated Yatsko Amoco for over 40 years. Upon retirement, Irwin enjoyed cutting the grass for Peters Township School District for 12 years and he loved planting flowers. He cherished the time he spent with his family and he will be dearly missed by all.

At the family’ requests, all services will be held privately. Arrangements have been entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, (724) 260-5546.

Irwin Yatsko was a rough and tuff man on the outside with a heart of gold on the inside. He would do anything within his power to help anyone he knew. I'm honored to say that I knew him and that he was my friend. He will be deeply missed.
