I met Doug through the Ice and Blades Club where we were members. He and Judy Blumberg were wonderful skaters that created never before seen moves in ice dancing pairs. I well remember them competing in the Olympics. Still think they were robbed and should have placed higher. They pushed the envelope. He will be missed.
