James E. Cigan

James E. Cigan, 84 of Moon Township, passed away on Thursday, November 11, 2021. He was born in Leetsdale, PA on June 6, 1937 and is the son of the late Michael and Anna Marie Cigan. Beloved husband of Barbara; loving father of James (Salena) Cigan and Brian D. Cigan; grandfather of Jeremy and Max; brother of the late John Michael Cigan and Mary Ann Cigan. Jim was a former member of the Leetsdale Lions Club.
