James E. Laughlin

James E. Laughlin, age 72, of Center Township, PA passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Wednesday, April 7, 2021. Husband of the late Donna R. Laughlin; father of Lori (Brian) Carnahan, Wendi (Kevin) Kerr, David Laughlin; step-father of Charles and Mark Wagner; grandfather of Camille and Keenan Kerr; son of the late Kendig and Martha Laughlin; brother of Lloyd and Gary Laughlin. Jim was a retiree of BASF Corporation.  Jim liked to tinker, travel with his late wife, build and race cars with his buddy Larry, and never passed up a chance to share his perspective. Private arrangements entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, Robinson Township, PA. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations in honor of Jim may be made to the American Cancer Society 320 Bilmar Dr. Pittsburgh, PA 15205.
