James Russell Anderson

James Russell Anderson, age 83, of Eighty Four, PA formerly of Estero, FL passed away on April 1,2023.

Beloved husband of the late Marion Laura Clifton.

Born on December 24, 1939 in Pittsburgh, PA he was the son of the late Rose Belle Anderson (Starbird) and Russell Gustave Anderson.

Loving father of Lori (Henry) Bucci, Cindy (Mike) Cyprowski, Amy (Christopher) Black and John (Gina) Anderson.

Brother of Richard (Sally) Anderson and the late Joan (the late Richard) Waz.

Cherished grandfather of Henry and Nathan Bucci, Russell Cyprowski, Benjamin and Amanda Black, Jacob, Noah, Joseph, and Peggy Anderson and great-grandchildren Harper and Cade Bucci.

Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

James loved spending time with his close friends at Riverwoods Plantation in Estero, FL. He and Marion would winter there and come home to Pittsburgh in the Summertime. They spent many hours traveling with their friends seeing all they could of this beautiful country. His favorite thing to do was to take his boat out on the Gulf with friends or family fishing all day. He started as an Apprentice at J&L Steel, working his way up to superintendent of the maintenance at GE Bridgeville Glass.

A Celebration of Life is to be held at a later date to be determined.
