James William Krugh

James William Krugh, aged 81, of Mt. Lebanon, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on June 2, 2026.

Jim was a doctor, a teacher, and mentor, a traveler, a music lover, and happiest when spending time with his family and friends.  Beloved husband of Marlene (Ukish) Krugh for 45 years.  Loving father of Michele (Matthew Court) Krugh and Elizabeth (Justin) Dunmyre.  Grandfather of Logan, Owen and Desmond Dunmyre.  Brother of Thomas (Rody), Edward (Jan), David (Colleen), Robert (Rita), and the late Kenneth (Dee), Charles (Kathy-still surviving), Andrew (Jaynie), John (Kay), and Joseph Krugh.  Son of the late Dr. Kenneth R., DMD and Catherine (Newman) Krugh. Jim will be sadly missed by many loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and friends.

Friends received on Sunday June 7th, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday June 8th, 2026, at 10:00 am at St. Michael the Archangel Parish – St. Bernard Church, 311 Washington Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15216, everyone please meet at the church.  Burial to follow in Queen of Heaven Cemetery will full military honors.
