My Aunt Janet was more than this obituary states, she wasn't just a daughter, sister, mother and an Aunt to many. She was probably one of the greatest beautiful minds I've ever known. Certainly she suffered from her own personal battles but within that glowed a ray of genius. Her mathematical talent was phenomenal and her skill to recall and retain information was off the charts. To me she embodied brilliance and creativity that can only be gifted by God. Einstein once said "Imagination is more important than knowledge. Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving. If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough." Well, my Aunt Janet wasn't an enigma, but probably the most misunderstood. She rolled with life's punches the best she knew how, lead with her heart and had an infectious laugh. I will miss her. Until we meet on the other side Aunt Janet, where the sun neither rises nor sets because the light of the sun is Jesus Christ our Lord. From God you came to God you return. Rest in Peace Aunt Janet, you are now home. Love your niece, Paula J. Pollard
