Janet L. Gressley

Janet Louise Gressley, 93 of Sewickley, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 10, 2024. She was born in Indiana, PA on March 22, 1931 to the late Joseph and Grace Kritzer. Janet was an accomplished pianist, piano teacher, and entrepreneur of a fabric center. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Elmer Gressley; siblings Joseph, Richard, and Patrick Kritzer and her daughter Beverly Padgett. Janet is the beloved mother of LouAnn (Michael) Haney and Maxine Riddle; sister of Martha Jean Brunk, Margie Eisenberg, Donald Kritzer, and Judy Keim; adoring grandmother of Ryan and Conor Haney and Alex Riddle. Burial is private. Memorial contributions in Janet’s name may be made to Presbyterian Senior Care Foundation, 1215 Hulton Road, Oakmont, PA 15139, for the benefit of the Washington Campus, or a charity of your choice.
