JoAnn was such a wonderful person. I am very sad about her passing. She was the one person we counted on to cheer us up. she was great at our Circle meetings and delightful when we did funeral meals. Sorry she didn't get to enjoy her new apt. for very long. She will be missed at the church and the other women who loved her. My sympathy to your whole family.

Jo Ann was a lovely woman with a quick wit and caring spirit. I always enjoyed our talks…….she made me laugh all the time. She was so helpful when my father-in-law was diagnosed with ALS, telling us what to expect and who to call for extra help. I hope others will think of me in my older years the way I thought of Jo Ann. My sympathies are with all of you as you work through this difficult time. God Bless you. Cindy Shatting Virgin

Jo Ann was such a sweet lady. I first met her in 1968 when I began teaching at Pleasant Hills Middle School under the tutelage of her beloved husband Lowry, who became one of my best friends and an intrepid golf partner.
