Joan Theresa Sowers

Joan Theresa Sowers, age 85, of Finleyville, PA passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021. Beloved wife of George A. Sowers; loving mother of Jeffrey (Kelly Foster) Sowers and Cheryl (Candie Cook) Sowers, daughter of the late Joseph and Ann Zondorak; sister of the late Dolores Gross and Robert Zondorak;  aunt of Karen (Jim) Boni, Jeanne (Jay) DeAngelo, Robert (Roxann) Gross, Lynn (Matthew) Fichter, and Robert Zondorak. Joan loved her family, shopping, vacationing, and Frank Sinatra. Family and friends will gather for visitation on Friday, February 19, 2021 from 4:00-8:00pm at Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, 5405 Steubenville Pike Robinson Township. Due to COVID 19 restrictions the number of guests permitted in the building at one time is limited, masks and social distancing are required. Mass of Christian Burial at Archangel Gabriel Parish (Holy Trinity Church) on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 12:00pm. Entombment to follow in Resurrection Cemetery.
