John Joseph Pozycki, age 65, of Naples Florida formerly of Oakland and Jefferson Hills, passed away on December 3, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was the loving husband of 40 years to Deborah Bon Pozycki; proud father of Jill (Ryan) Hicks and Rachel (Trevor) Wildman; extremely proud grandfather of Asher & Landon Hicks and Connor & Quinn Wildman; son of the late Joseph (Yoakie) Pozycki; brother of Joseph (Amy), Jerome (Anna-Katherine) and the late JoAnn Bellisario. He will be missed by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends. John enjoyed golfing and spent many Sundays with his golf group, The Misfits, when he was not at his happy place in Naples Florida. John was a retired and proud member of IBEW Local #5. He lived life to the fullest without any regrets. Per his request there will be no viewing or service.  John was a strong supporter of Saint Judes Children’s Research Hospital and believed that no child should have to go thru cancer treatment. He also had a huge respect for the services at  UPMC Hillman Cancer Center.   If you would like to honor him you could make a donation to Saint Judes Children’s Research Hospital or UPMC Hillman Cancer Center in his name.

How fortunate are those of us who knew this kind gentle man. He was a giving individual and we loved his pizza and sausage making skills! What a positive fun spirit and now Heaven has received an angel. He will be sorely missed and prayers to his entire family that they may have continued sweet memories of their dear John. He is now at peace, RIP my friend
