John R. Goodman, age 82, of Upper St. Clair, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on September 3, 2020.
He was the son of the late John V. and Lucile Goodman.
Beloved husband of Letitia Chappell Goodman for 57 years; loving father of Brian C. (Karin) Goodman and Bruce J. (Victoria B.) Goodman; cherished grandfather of Michael Goodman and Bruce J. Goodman Jr.; And dear brother of Shirley Goodman Troth.
John graduated from The Kiski School, Paul Smith College and The University of Pittsburgh. He was a former employee of LTV Steel and BNY Mellon.
John enjoyed spending time outdoors sailing and camping. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family traveling. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
The family would like to sincerely thank the staff of Friendship Village Health Center for the care, compassion and human kindness they provided to John.
No visitation. Burial will take place at the Greene County Memorial Cemetery.
