We are very sorry to hear about Uncle John. He lived a good and long life. He will now be with his wife Betty. He will be missed by all. Did not see him in his later years, but will always remember the times he played the accordian.

I was so sorry to hear of Uncle John’s passing as I received his Christmas Card that day! He is now in heaven with his wife Betty, his Mom, Dad and all his siblings playing the accordion. I will always remember him when I took my mom Catherine to visit their Mom when they lived on Mary Street and walking up all the steps to Josephine Street upon leaving. There he would be in his office fixing watches and leaving mine or someone’s for him to fix. May you Rest In Peace Uncle John. Your niece Rosalyn

John was a man of many strength’s. His devotion to his mother throughout her entire life, his companionship and love for his wife “Betty” and his long time support for my mother as his sister Rosemary. He introduced me to stamp and coin collecting and even tried to teach me watch repair although that never really worked out well for the watches I “repaired”. In his later years, Nuan my wife and I tried to support him in a search for a proven method to ease his pains but most provided only partial remedies. We will miss his wisdom, guidance and support. Just for the record: John was the son of the late Thomas and Agnes Boban. He was the brother to his late sisters Anne Tomazin, Catherine Tomaszewski, Margaret Tomazin, Barbara Kuczma and Rosemary Pekar and brother to the late Thomas, Joseph and Frank.

I only hear the sad news of the passing of Uncle John on Christmas day. He was a special uncle to me and was also my godfather. He was such a great friend with my dad John Kuczma and they did so many projects together. Uncle John was a good and supportive brother to my mother Barbara when my dad passed away in 1972. He will remain living in my heart until I die. Rest in Peace - Bobby
