Joseph W. Neiport, Sr., age  67 of Pittsburgh, PA passed away peacefully with family by his side on September 16, 2021. Born on February 13, 1954, he was the son of the late Anna Hilgert and George Neiport. Loving father to Joseph (Danelle Coyne) Neiport, Jr., Christopher (Jesse) Neiport, and Lauren (Chris Karolak) Neiport. Cherished Pappy of Zayne, Derek, Maleah, Grant, Mason, Bryson, Avery, and Brenna. Loving brother to George (Carolyn) Neiport, Jr. Dear uncle to Ryan and Jonathan. He will also be dearly missed by his daughter-in-law Kristan Karish, many cousins, and extended family and friends.

Family and friends are welcome on Monday, September 20, 2021 from 1 PM until time of service at 7 PM at Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, (724)-260-5546.

My deepest condolences to the entire Neport family it had been my pleasure of knowing Joe as a friend and a treasured band mate. Our friendship goes back many years but a few years ago the original band got together for a nice meal and then to hours of reminiscing and a jam session, I will remember Joe as the man behind the drums and forever cherish that night I will miss ya brother
