Joyce R. Sprowson, 77 of Imperial, PA, formerly of Fitchburg, MA, passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021. Beloved wife of 54 years to the late Gilbert B. Sprowson. Born on January 24, 1944, she is the daughter of the late Paul and Sara Kane. Loving mother of Ross Sprowson and Melanie (Jeff Fiedler) Sprowson; sister of Marilyn Feinberg, Dorrie Daigle, and Alan Kane. She was loved by many, and enjoyed spending her time with family and friends, new and old. Joyce was preceded in death by her siblings Estelle Kane, William Kane and Lawrence Kane.

Private arrangements were entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, Robinson Township, PA.

Melanie, I was so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. She was so well liked at the SNPJ. When I would show up, seeing her just brightened up the place and my day. She will be truly missed.
