Ms. Philyaw was caring, kind, and graceful. I looked forward to seeing her every morning. She brightened up my day here at the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh. Her passing was such a shock. My thoughts are with all of her family, friends, and all who knew her. I am proud to have known her.
