Judith A. Maritz

Judith A. (O’Connor) Maritz, 80 of McKees Rocks, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 2, 2022. She was preceded in death by her one and only love, Joseph B. Maritz. Loving mother of Michele (Jim Musta, Sr.) Jeffress, Melisa (Bill) McNabb and Matthew (Kristin) Maritz; grandmother of Peter and Lauren Jeffress and Joey Lynne (Jonathan) Luck, Meara and Meghan McNabb and Madison and Matthew Maritz; great-grandmother of Izabella, Penelope and Devin Plummer, Jr.; sister of Dennis (Patty) O’Connor, Duane O’Connor, Joyce (Bill) Eubanks and the late David (Peggy) O’Connor. Judy was a registered nurse and took care of everyone she came in touch with, especially her friends and neighbors at Tapestry. She was genuine and caring, even to those who required patience. Friends will be received on Thursday, January 6, 2022 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 5405 Steubenville Pike, Robinson Township, PA 15136. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, January 7^th at 10 am at Archangel Gabriel Parish, St. Malachy Church, 343 Forest Grove Rd., Coraopolis, PA 15108.
